Oh my. My next guest, Karen Stanton is a powerful woman who has the most beautiful, down-to-earth, natural, easy-going energy about her. We've known each other for a few decades but lost touch (apart from social media). And I'm sooooo glad we used this special edition series to reconnect.

Karen's bio is incredibly awe inspiring. She's Global Vice President of Marketing for IFF (the leader in Fragrances and Flavors globally), a $16B company based in New York

Inspired by Willy Wonka at a young age, Karen quickly found her place in the world of Flavors and Fragrances, changing the world one bite and sip at a time.

She has been a Researcher, an Innovation and Branding consultant, and a Marketing leader all around the world, having lived in Sydney, Singapore and the USA. She leads teams of marketers and strategists based in every continent of the world, rubbing shoulders with entrepreneurs, pioneers, investors and Nobel prize winners. She is equally comfortable in boardrooms with multinational organizations and navigating start-ups.

She is passionate about raising and developing the leaders of tomorrow in a complex and chaotic world. 

A dreamer and a doer of Innovation, Insights and Leadership on the global stage. Seamlessly navigating startups and multinational environments in developing and emerging markets.
